Nem hiszem, hogy sokunkat érint ez, de még az idén lesz NextMusic From Tokyo 2, négy bandával. Mass Of The Fermenting Dregs, uhnellys, susquatch, és a tárgyalások jelenleg is folynak a negyedik banda kilétét illetően (főként a LOSTAGE és az Sgt. között dől el majd a kérdés). A szervező szándéka ellenére a turné megint csak Kanadára koncentrálódik majd. Az okokról a szervező ír lentebb:

I was planning on waiting until next year for my 2nd tour but Mass Dre and uhnellys really want to come to Canada this year.
There wouldn't be any time to secure work visas for the US and frankly it would add a HUGE cost for me to take the bands to the US.
It's difficult enough trying to promote the tour in Canada, it would be nigh impossible for me to organize an additional 1-2 weeks for shows in the US.
The tour is just a hobby, I have a full-time job that is completely non-music related.
Just to let you know I lost $25,000 doing the 1st tour but that wasn't nearly as painful as the 6 mos of constant arduous stress I had to go through to plan and organize the tour all by myself.
Melonpan (member here on jmr) flew in from rural Alberta, one guy flew in from France and 5 people flew from Japan to come see shows on the last tour so for people in the US interested in seeing Mass Dre +/- lostage or sgt. come check one of the shows if it isn't too much of a hassle travel-wise.

note: I have an advance copy of mass dre's new album. It's a bit on the "poppy" side but their live show still unrelentingly pummels on the strength of their older songs. Actually, I'm sure alot of the songs on the new album sound much better played live.
