On October 2nd, just four days before the film's Japanese release, Jrock Revolution is launching a presale on their site. The first five hundred pre-orders will also include a special bonus gift.
A groundbreaking collaboration between Japanese and American bands, this soundtrack will include artists hand-picked by YOSHIKI, working alongside the soundtrack's music supervisor and producer, Jonathan Platt. YOSHIKI's involvement in this release goes beyond just the choosing of artists and his personal choice to include Psyche by hide's band zilch. He also wrote and produced the ending song, Blue Butterfly, for the film, the first VIOLET UK song to be released on an album, their previous releases being only available in digital form.
Other artists included on this release are Avenged Sevenfold, Peter Murphy (ex-Bauhaus), Skinny Puppy, and more.
